April 2013 A pre-planning application has been submitted for Belsham Street in Hackney. This extension to a period warehouse will provide four new flats and a shared garden within a bold, contemporary rooftop addition. This is an exciting project in a rapidly regenerating area of East London, adjacent to the Morning Lane fashion village.
. March 2013 Milton Road in Lambeth is fast approaching completion, with the polished concrete floor poured, kitchen installed and the bathroom complete. Outline design at Calabria Road, an extension and refurbishment in Islington is now complete, and the project has been submitted for planning.
